At LightGuard, we pride ourselves at continuing to offer advanced technologies in emergency lighting. The LAD Exit is illuminated by long-lasting, high-output LEDs, and is powered in the emergency mode with sealed, maintenance-free nickel cadmium batteries. The LAD Series is available in a variety of color choices to blend with any setting. The optional self-testing diagnostics continuously monitors the system's critical components including: battery disconnect, battery failure, charger failure, LED failure, AC line voltage monitoring and transfer circuit failure. The self-testing routine satisfies the period testing requirements exception in NFPA 101, Life Safety Code.
